We love our Holomas™ and are confident you will too! That’s why we have a 90-Day Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your results, we'll give you a refund within 90 days upon delivery and receipt of order.

To initiate a refund, please see the instructions below:

  • Email support@holomas.com with your order number and reason/s for refund. If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item and the results you got. 

*If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.

  • If you believe that the item was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. 
  • To cancel an order, please contact us with the same email address as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
